Salon Policies

To ensure a seamless and respectful experience for all guests, please review the booking and cancellation policies below.

Weave Appointments

A $100 deposit is required to secure all weave appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your final service balance. Cancellations for weave appointments must be made at least 36 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrivals

We kindly request that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure proper service time and quality.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $65 late cancellation fee.
